Of Inuit, Native American origin.

The Inuit are indigenous people who inhabit the Northern regions of Alaska and Canada.

Nanuk means “polar bear” in the Inuktitut language.

Nanuk played a role in the Inuit religion, and the Inuit hunters worshiped the Nanuk.
